Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹2,999 qualify for complimentary shipping.
Secure Packaging
Every Vellaucci piece is dispatched in our signature jewellery box, sealed and secured to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and gift-ready.
Order Tracking
A tracking link will be shared via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can track your order directly through our courier partner's website.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festive seasons (Diwali, Dhanteras, etc.), or due to courier disruptions. We will keep you informed of any delays.
